We've identified the root cause and Granola services are operational again - we apologize for any disruption.
Any transcribed meetings taken during the outage should be safe, you should be able to retry note generation without issue.
Investigating
Most Granola services are down while we continue to investigate this. Creating new notes and transcribing them should work, but generating the enhanced notes at the end of meetings is currently failing.
