We've identified and fixed the issue, and Ask Granola should now be working again on iOS.

The issues with iOS summary generation and iOS notifications are both now resolved. If you have any notes that were affected by this, you can retry summary generation manually, by opening the note and tapping 'end'. Sorry for any inconvenience!

We confirmed that this was impacting only a small number of users, and amended some feature flags which resolved the issue for those users. Thanks for bearing with us.

We are confident this incident is resolved, and have put in place longer term mitigations to reduce the chance of it happening again.

We've resolved this issue, and enhancing behavior should be back to normal - you may need to re-enhance the notes you've already generated. This issue was resolved by migrating our prompt services over to a different proxy. You'll need to be on the latest version of Granola, so please update (to V5.342) if you're still seeing issues.
